The FloodNet Annual General Meeting is a venue for researchers and the operational flood management community to share and discuss the progress of the past year in the NSERC Canadian FloodNet.

FloodNet is a multidisciplinary research network, with active involvement of end-users such as operational flood forecasters. The collaboration between academic experts, government scientists, and end-users will ensure that the knowledge and technology developed will meet the needs of communities to empower themselves against floods. FloodNet will allow resources and expertise to be coordinated and optimized to address river floods in Canada.
