We welcome you to join the 3rd Constructing Excellence Sustainable Infrastructure Groups next forum previously scheduled for Manchester but now online.

The Sustainable Infrastructure Group brings together the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Constructing Excellence members, CEEQUAL assessors and those involved in CEEQUAL projects to share best practice, share challenges and key learning outcomes. This cross-supply chain, multidisciplinary approach to problem solving will enable us to delve deep into the factors impacting the delivery of sustainable infrastructure.

The inaugural forum launched in Birmingham in September 2019 had a theme focussed on embedding sustainability into project strategy, discussing both the barriers and enablers to achieving full consideration of sustainability in these early project stages. The second Sustainable Infrastructure Forum gathered in London for its second quarterly meeting in January 2020, with a focus on sharing & discussing best practice and lessons learned supporting the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), including how we ensure robust reporting and evaluation against SDG’s and what principals should be used to evaluate SDG’s.

We welcome you to join the 3rd Sustainable Infrastructure Forum to be held as an online workshop on Monday 20th April 2020. This forum will follow on from last workshop, with a theme focussing on behaviours and procurement as a key enabler for driving sustainability through project delivery.
